In this group you will learn skills such as: mindful self-compassion, being less self-critical, releasing shame and guilt, increasing self-confidence, handling difficult emotions, overcoming fatigue, building resilience, stop feeling overwhelmed, and increase joy!
As release day approaches, the problems awaiting prisoners on the other side of the gate can be overwhelming. For years, they've been told when to eat, what to wear, and where to go. Now suddenly they will have to make decisions on their own.

Encouraging routine and structure, we help residents build a strong foundation for a successful, substance-free future. Access to Wi-Fi and utilities in our computer room ensures residents can focus on their recovery, job search, and building healthy relationships.
